Ordering and Payment 

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided when ordering. We will not be obliged to accept an order unless all requested details are stated correctly.

For commissions, a payment of 50% is required before the painting process begins. Or you can pay the full amount due and receive 5% off your total amount.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed but in the event that there is a pricing error on the website, we will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price. We will advise you on the availability of the items ordered and the cost of shipping. You may cancel your order without penalty should these costs be unacceptable.

No order submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail or text message. By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your credit/debit card as detailed at the time of your order.

Prices

Prices are shown in UK (Pounds Sterling). Postage and packing are chargeable as an additional cost and may vary with destination and quantity shipped. All charges will be confirmed to you prior to your committing to purchase. You are responsible for payment of any local customs and import duties.

Delivery

When your commission is complete, you will receive a final photograph before shipping. If you paid a 50% deposit, the remaining balance will be required before the item is shipped.

Goods will be delivered to the address provided by you, typically within 21 days for prints. This will be longer for commissions, which may take anywhere between 30-60 days, considering drying time and scale.

Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and we will not be liable for any delay. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us in adequate time to prevent any disappointment resulting from late or non-shipment. If you have not received the item(s) within the expected time, please advise us so that we can attempt to trace the package.
Changes to the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched are liable to an additional charge.

Returns

Before shipping out commissions, we will send you the end result to ensure it is as expected.

When you receive your prints, please check them immediately. Any damage must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will arrange for collection and replacement. If this is not possible, you have the option of choosing an alternative or a full refund.

Further, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of items within 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. Should you decide that you wish to change your mind, you must notify us of your intent within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will refund the cost of goods as soon as we have received them back in perfect condition. The refund is for the cost of goods only and does not cover the initial costs of dispatching the goods to you, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. You are also responsible for ensuring the goods are insured adequately, as we will not be liable for any damage or loss to the goods whilst being returned to us. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with proof of postage.
For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us safely unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

The right to cancel your order during the 14-day cooling-off period only applies to prints and will not apply to goods made to your specifications – for example, commissions or custom prints.

Whilst we attempt to be as accurate as possible with the considerable amount and detail of information available on the website, there is always a risk of human error, and we cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies.
All artworks, images, and designs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Kiana Manu Art. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited. This includes taking screenshots, downloading images, or otherwise copying artwork to create prints, merchandise, or derivative works. Any such use without written permission from Kiana Manu Art constitutes a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.
